STEVE McWILLIAMS

Steve brings more than 25 years of experience to Pilot Ventures as a broker with a background in commercial appraisal in the Seattle-metro real estate market. He possesses an intricate understanding of the property valuation process for land and multifamily properties and uses these skills to guide clients towards strategic investment opportunities.

In working with local developers and national homebuilders to identify off-market single-family and multifamily properties, Steve has spent the last 15 years focusing primarily on large-scale land acquisitions. He brings a dogged determination in pinpointing properties that meet clients’ criteria and fulfill their real estate investment objectives.

In his free time, Steve enjoys relaxing in his Woodinville home, practicing yoga, playing golf or poker, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
