ROBERTA WINTER

As the Senior Bookkeeper for Pilot Property Management since 2025, Roberta is responsible for the accounting team, including best practices and development of technical content to support the department. She works directly with property owners, vendors, and internal customers to keep information up-to-date, reconcile accounts, and produce 1099s.

Roberta possesses a herculean work ethic and when confronted with a gordian knot that makes others want to flee the room, she views it as a puzzle to solve.

When not at Pilot, you can often find Roberta out on her bicycle, as she rides 4,000 miles a year.
