DAVID SINGLETON

As a Property Manager at Pilot Property Management since 2024, David oversees a portfolio of properties in the Seattle market. He specializes in building relationships with client and vendor relationships, allowing him to utilize local vendors to achieve quick and affordable results. He approaches each asset as his own by working closely with senior leadership and the client to achieve their financial and future goals for their assets.

David got his start in the industry as a leasing consultant with a brand-new community in 2020 and successfully worked his way up to Property Manager for his own lease-up community, achieving stabilization in just under a year. He has a resident focused mentality that helps each asset become stabilized and a great place to live for each of his residents obtaining high resident retention.

Outside of the office you will often find David reading as many books as possible, attending concerts or exploring the city with his daughter. Having lived in almost every neighborhood in the Seattle area he is known to his friends and family as an expert on local events, neighborhood establishments, and fun things to explore.
