EMILY HERRMANN

As a Senior Property Manager, Emily oversees a team of property managers and leasing agents, as well as manages a portfolio of properties. Emily specializes in onboarding new properties and working with new clients.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior from the University of Washington and has developed an in-depth understanding of people. Prior to joining the Pilot team, she worked for student housing in the University District and managed a restaurant in Pike Place Market. Emily uses her strong people skills to thrive in her career and understands that effective communication and creating relationships are keys to success in property management.

Emily is native to the Seattle area and enjoys spending as much time on her bicycle as possible. In addition to cycling, Emily enjoys reading, wine, traveling, and spending time with her elderly cat.
